As a courtesy to our patients with dental insurance, we are happy to complete and file your insurance claims. Patient co-payments are expected when services are rendered. We are a Preferred Provider with Washington Dental Service, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, United Concordia, and Guardian. Click on logos to go to each page.

We are pleased to offer Dental Fee Plan™ (DFP) to our patients. DFP is a convenient, no initial payment, with flexible monthly payment options for dental treatments of $300 to $25,000. Multiple interest terms available. Click on the image below to apply online.

Any diagnosed treatment exceeding $2,000.00 requires a 25% deposit before treatment is started due to the extensive procedures required to fabricate and complete your treatment.
